Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing neurofivesolutions.com or submitting an internship application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
  • We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years of age to apply for an internship.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information in your application. Submitting false information will result in immediate disqualification.
  • One application per person per cohort. Submitting multiple applications under different accounts is not permitted.

Internship Program

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the internship program. All applications are reviewed and decisions are made at NeuroFive Solutions' sole discretion.
  • The internship is unpaid and remote. It is designed as a learning and portfolio-building experience.
  • Accepted interns are expected to complete assigned tasks and maintain communication with their track lead throughout the program duration.
  • NeuroFive Solutions reserves the right to remove any intern from the program for misconduct, dishonesty, or consistent failure to meet commitments.

Certificates

  • Completion certificates are issued only to interns who successfully complete all program requirements as determined by NeuroFive Solutions.
  • Certificates remain publicly verifiable through the verification page on this site. Certificate records are not deleted upon request, as they serve as verifiable credentials.
  • Misrepresenting, forging, or altering a certificate is strictly prohibited.

Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm NeuroFive Solutions or other users.
  • You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other users' data, or our backend systems.
  • You agree not to submit automated or scripted applications.

Intellectual Property

  • Work produced during the internship on NeuroFive products remains the intellectual property of NeuroFive Solutions unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
  • The NeuroFive Solutions name, logo, and branding are our property. You may not use them without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • The internship platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • NeuroFive Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in the internship program.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
