Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive your password, contacts, or any other Google account data.
When you submit an internship application, we collect the information you provide: full name, email address, phone number (optional), education background, university, location, skills, LinkedIn profile URL, and an optional cover note.
When you contact us through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message.

To process your internship application and communicate decisions regarding your application status.
To issue internship completion certificates and maintain verifiable records of completed internships.
To respond to your inquiries sent through the contact form.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use Google OAuth solely to verify your identity and obtain your name and email address. We request only the minimum permissions necessary (email and profile).
We never access your Google contacts, Drive, Gmail, or any other Google services.
Your Google account credentials are never stored by us. Authentication is handled entirely by Google.

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Access is protected by row-level security — you can only access your own records.
We retain application data for the duration of the internship program and for a reasonable period afterward for certificate verification purposes.
You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at team@neurofivesolutions.com.

Completion certificates are publicly verifiable. The public verification page displays only: your full name, internship track, and cohort name. No contact information is ever shown publicly.
Certificate records are retained indefinitely to allow employers and institutions to verify credentials.

We use a secure, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie contains no personal information — only an encrypted session reference.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing team@neurofivesolutions.com.
You may withdraw your application at any time before a decision is made.
You may revoke our Google OAuth access at any time through your Google Account settings.
